Pre-Show Checklist

To maximize the benefits of participating at STONEX Canada, we suggest you become familiar with all of the information relating to the show. Here is a checklist which highlights key items to consider when finalizing your plans.

  • Return your signed Exhibitor Contract to your Sales Manager.
  • Review contents of the Exhibitor Manual.
  • Review the Health & Safety Declaration attached to your Exhibitor Contract with all staff members who will be onsite. 
  • Review the Colour-Coded Move-in Floor Plan to determine your assigned move-in day and time.
  • If your exhibit is 400sq.ft. or larger, or if your exhibit deviates from the Show Regulations in any way, submit your final/updated booth renderings to Tarah Silva before 
    April 10, 2020 at
  • Submit Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any hazardous materials/products to be used at the show by April 10, 2020.
  • Submit proof of $5,000,000.00 commercial general liability insurance to to be approved and have the mandatory charge for insurance coverage removed from your order (if applicable) by April 10, 2020.
  • Submit the Notice of Intent to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) form if you plan to use an independent contractor to install or dismantle your exhibit by April 10, 2020.
  • Place order with GES Canada  for carpet, furnishings, material handling etc. if required by April 20, 2020 to receive discount rates.
  • Place order with MicroSpec Registration Services for a lead retrieval scanner by April 24, 2020 to receive discount rates.
  • Place order with ShowTech Power & Lighting  for electricity, lighting, sign hanging services, etc. if required by April 16, 2020 to receive discount rates.
  • Place order with The International Centre  for booth catering, internet/ telecommunications services by April 27,2020 to receive discount rates.
  • Place order with Caldas Building Services at The International Centre for booth cleaning services by April 27, 2020 to receive discount rates. 
  • Submit any service order forms to appropriate suppliers by their deadlines to take advantage of advance discount pricing.

  • Review and ensure your booth complies with the Show Regulations.
  • Hire the exclusive suppliers and official suppliers of STONEX Canada 2020. Be aware of unauthorized suppliers.
  • Register your exhibitor staff badges.
  • Determine whether you must file a Notice of Project with the Ontario Ministry of Labour.
