Exhibitor Badge Registration

All exhibitors are required to wear a badge in order to access the show floor for move-in, during the show, and move-out. Exhibitors receive personalized, complimentary exhibitor badges as part of their booth space package.

How to Register for Exhibitor Badges

  • A link to the exhibitor registration site plus login instructions will be emailed to your company's Exhibit Booth Coordinator by MicroSpec, our registration company starting in January 2020. Watch for an email with the subject line: "STONEX Canada 2020 – Exhibitor Badge Registration."
  • After your company has registered your staff, your e-badges will be emailed to you starting in mid-April. Please note: the badge will be sent to the email address linked to each individual registration.
  • E-badges not received prior to the Show can be picked up onsite at the Exhibitor Registration Desk during Move-in as well as the morning of the Show.
  • As badges are personalized, there will be no exchanging of badges at the Exhibitor Registration Desk.
  • You may still register onsite, but we encourage pre-registration online to avoid line-ups. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact customerservice@microspec.com

There are Five Easy Steps:

  1. Exhibit at STONEX Canada and exhibitor badge request
International Exhibitors must contact their Sales Manager to secure exhibit space. Once the exhibit space is confirmed and paid in full, the exhibiting company contact will receive a link to the exhibitor badge request.
  2. Letter of Invitation Request
After the exhibiting company contact receives the link to the exhibitor badge request from our official supplier MicroSpec, the Letter of Invitation can be requested by checking the appropriate box at the time of submitting the names for the badges for each person of the exhibiting company. The Letter of Invitation will be processed once all information is provided.
  3. Check the Visa Requirements for your specific country
Please confirm the Visa requirement for entry into Canada. Review the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website for information on "Visiting Canada: Business Visitors
  4. If you require a Visa, you must apply for an entry Visa through the Canadian Embassy in your country
Please contact your Sales Manager to confirm entry into Canada and participation in the show. If you are having any difficulties in receiving a travel Visa, please notify your Sales Manager as soon as possible.
  5. Once you have completed your registration and have started your Visa application, you may arrange your accommodations.
Show hotel rate information is available online starting January 2020.
